Our founder

Meet Marcus Nyholm

Marcus founded Live Financial Planning after a career spanning financial planning, military service and Victoria police.

Over more than two decades, he served in leadership and specialist roles where sound judgement, careful planning and helping people through challenging situations were part of everyday life. Those experiences shaped the way he approaches financial advice today.

Rather than focusing purely on numbers, Marcus believes financial planning should help people make informed decisions, create opportunities and support the life they want to live.

His approach combines structure, objectivity and practical advice with a genuine desire to help clients achieve what matters most.
